Rodents are more than a nuisance; they are a severe property threat. Roof rats and house mice commonly seek shelter in the attics and wall voids of Collier County homes. Once inside, they gnaw on electrical wiring (a major fire hazard), tear up insulation for nesting material, and contaminate areas with droppings and urine.

Trapping and Removal

If rodents are already inside your home, poison is the worst approach—it leads to dead rodents decaying inside your walls. Instead, we implement a strategic trapping program using snap traps in attics and mechanical areas to physically remove the existing population safely and cleanly.

Structural Exclusion

Trapping alone is only a temporary fix. To solve a rodent problem permanently, we must seal the house. We perform a meticulous inspection of your roofline, vents, pipe penetrations, and foundation. We then use galvanized steel mesh, specialized sealants, and custom flashings to close off any gap larger than a quarter-inch, permanently denying rodents entry.

Complete Exclusion and Sanitation

Trapping rodents is only half the battle. If the entry points aren't sealed, new rats will follow the pheromone trails left by the old ones. Our rodent control program includes a comprehensive exterior inspection to identify and seal gaps in soffits, vents, and rooflines using chew-proof materials. Once the home is secured, we deploy strategic trapping to eliminate the interior population.
